Interactive Services Detected (UI0Detect.exe)

Apologies if this is the wrong place to post this. The other day I was cleaning some things out of my system and noticed a previous version of Ad-Aware (I'm assuming v8) still installed. I removed it without issue, I thought. Since then though I've had intermittent blinking in my taskbar from "Interactive Services Detected". The only reason I know this and that it was connected to Ad-aware is because once out of the however many times it's blinked, it actually opened and there was a message. The dialog triggered ad-aware and ran an update dialog. When it finished, it said ad-aware was already up to date. After that, I uninstalled my current version of ad-aware (v9) as well and re-installed the newest version (v10). The problem persists.

Ui0Detect.exe seems to be running constantly soon after I boot. It's not taking up much resources, but something since the removal does seem to be causing some slowdown with my computer. This ISD flicker is annoying and I'd like to get rid of it.

I already posted the above to ad-aware's forum. I thought I'd figured it out by running CCleaner, but it's returned, and their advice didn't help (they recommended disabling things related to Ad-Aware under Services, but I have completely uninstalled it and didn't find anything). As well, it seems like I have an excessive amount of svchosts running:

I've ran scans for viruses/malware/all that bad stuff with no results beyond cookies, so I don't think it could be that? I will probably end up posting scans to the malware removal section anyway though.

Should I just disable Interactive Services at this point? I'd still like to figure out why it's being triggered anyway, or fix that instead of 'hiding it'.
