InterActual Player Issue - Driver?

    Greetings -

    Tried to play retail-bought DVDs on my laptop (Dell Inspirion), and InterActual Player opens up, but get an error message stating cannot proceed due to copyright problem - Also tried with MS Media Player and get the same message.

    Is this a driver issue? Any suggestions on ways to try and fix would be appreciated. Thanks!
