My computer every now and again will just freeze up for about 15secs and then carry onward. I'm not doing anything, meaning no apps are running. I have run spyware scans and the system is clean. It is just annoying.. Does anyone know what it maybe?

The system basic specs are as follows:

    Intel Celeron 2.7Ghz
    768 megs RAM
    60Gig HDD

Any help to determine problem would be appreciated.

This may be more a software issue, then a hardware issue.

But, on the hardware side, when was the last time you cleaned out your computer? I.E. used canned air to wipe out the dust, that accumulates within the computer? Especially within any case fans and the cpu fan?

I'm going to pickup a REAR Case fan to install in this unit as it doesn't have one.

Now what do people suggest to suck air out, or draw it into the computer.

The front of the case, should draw air in. I'd recommend installing that fan in the front, since most cool air should come from there.
