Internal Error: 2908

    Can anyone tell me how to remove the Internal Error 2908? I have Vista SP2 and have tried a number of things that forums and Microsoft suggested and none have worked. I'm trying to install some hunting softare and shortly after the installation begins, the error appears. I have also tried to remove the mscoree.dll file from the Windows/System directory and it said "Access Denied". I am not on any network and I am logged in as the Administrator. Anyone's help would be greatly appreciated.
