internal high drfinition audio bus problem

hi guys

have searched everywhere for the solution to this problem.
after re-installing my os this is in my device manager with an exclamation mark. internal high def audio bus.

the details value are :

HDAUDIO\FUNC_02&VEN_11C1&DEV_1040&SUBSYS_10250146&REV_1002
HDAUDIO\FUNC_02&VEN_11C1&DEV_1040&SUBSYS_10250146

any ideas please. been to the realtek site but cannot find the solution.

sorry, the laptop i have is ACER ASPIRE 6920G.
after re-installing the OS it wont let me run any of the 3 backupdiscs i have.
