Internal wireless question?

    I have a Dell inspiron 5160 with a 1350 mini pci card. Is there any better internal card than this? I know a pmciabc (or whatever it spelled) is better but I would like to keep the internal for now. I've seen some on ebay -atheros and Intel but not sure about if there good or no. Also are all internal wireless antenna the same? I'm getting ready to open it up for any thing better that is. ( I have a Buffalo 54g card with external antenna).

    There is No big differences between minicards and PCMCIA, it does not pay to play around with it unless it is broken.
