if you are on DSL etc you may need to tick Track Network to get the timer/upload download data.... I just installed it to test and it works well...

nb. the main sites downloads are not working at present but a quick search of the net with the apps name will give you many links to download the app from ( who knows maybe MA or CP will add it here )
