Internet/browser Issue?

I have just removed malware from my comp (the comp lock down ransom 1) and have been sent here as i have problems with my internet still. I purchased a new comp 3 week ago and using the internet is taking so long, i use firefox mainly but ive checked and explorer is the same. i have just done a test of my broadband speed through thinkbroadband and it says my download speed is 0.4 and my upload speed is 0.6 so maybe its not the software and its to do with the network? Any ideas and advice would be greatly appreciated as its driving me mad. Also im with Sky if thats any help.

Try using www.speedtest.net for more accurate reading but choose a london server. If it still slow then you need to speak to your service provider.
