internet connection lost

    hi there

    i am currently using a Huwaei E620 PCMCIA data card on a dell laptop with windows XP, eberytime i try connecting to the internet, the connection is cut off and an error message appears. it states that there is an error eith "yzsxxx5.exe" file. how do i rectify this.

    Kestrel is spot on - the yzsxxx5.exe appears to be mal-ware . . . from what I've seen it popped up on the first of this month.

    Damn all those who create this crap! May their CPU's overheat and their hard-drives crash!

    Hi

    Malware often slips by antivirus software sadly, the majority of people who post in malware removal looking for assistance all have anti-virus. And I remember having Symantec and it was brought to it's knees by whatever I was hit with...

    I believe I linked you to Ccleaner in your post in the welcome centre as you were struggling to download it. Just continue on with that and everything else that the Read and Run me first procedures require.

    Thanks all 4 the help. Problem solved. Updated my 2006 v of Symantec. scanned and clean the demons out . Got unenterupted internet back.
