internet connection monitoring

i am looking for software that will monitor and report the up time and down time of my broadband connection as i have issues with repeated loss of connection. it should be able to show minutes per day that connection was om or disconnected.

thanks for this, i have installed connection monitor this evening already so i will see what its like. the other 2 programs dont seem to mention monitoring upand down time of the connectio in the descriptions.
