I have Verizon DSL, and I use a D-Link Router.. my internet is fine on this computer, and the room next to mine has a Cisco Network card. Both of them have been running internet fine until now, it started when i used an ethernet cord instead of the wireless card. How can I get the internet back up on the other computer ?

Try using a program called Winsockfix. If that doesn't work try
unpluging the power cord from your modem and your router. Wait about a minute plug the modem in give it a minute then plug your router in. Then try connecting your computer.
