internet connection problems

    When I try to log on to NetZero, I can get connected but then I cannot get a screen to appear. When I pull up task manager, it shows iexplore.exe taking up 100% of cpu memory. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem.

    How do I check the tutorial? I ran AVG Free Home edition last night and it found 1 trojan horse virus. I have done system mechanic 6 and cleaned up a lot of things, but it has not fixed the problem.

    You click the link and follow the steps I provided above. System Mechanic is a cleanup tool, not a malware tool, AVG is good, but malware can slip past a lot of anti-virus software. Again, heres the link:
