Internet connection problems.

I thought I had some malware issues that were blocking internet access.
After working with thisisu on the removal forum he suggested my PC was clean and that the problem lies elswhere. See below.

Do you believe that my PC is clear of infection?
Yes, considering the fact that your logs were very clean to begin with. I just wanted to make sure and all the rest of the logs are clean too.
It is something non-malware related.

During the clean up process my connection returned but has since gone again.
Looking through the logs I found this discrepancy:

When I had no connection
IPv6 Address. . . . . . . . . . . : 2001:0:5ef5:79fb:188e:33e:3f57:febf(Preferred)
Link-local IPv6 Address . . . . . : fe80::188e:33e:3f57:febf%12(Preferred)

When connection was ok
IPv6 Address. . . . . . . . . . . : 2001:0:5ef5:79fb:8fe:237b:3f57:febf(Preferred)
Link-local IPv6 Address . . . . . : fe80::8fe:237b:3f57:febf%12(Preferred)

Sytem info and network logs attached.
Any advice welcome.
