Internet Connections

    Tools-Internet Options-Connections. I select "Never dial connection". Automatically it changes back to "Always connect to internet". Did not always do this, can anyone tell me how to stop this unwanted change? When working off internet this connect to internet window keeps popping up, a real nag. Cancel or X out does not work, it just pops up again. Hope someone has a solution. Thanks
