Internet cuts out after 15 or so minutes

My laptop, which uses Windows 8, is the only one in my house whose internet stops working after 15 minutes of use. It still says its connected just fine to the wifi but my pages just stop loading. I am so sick of it, its been happening for about a month. I havent changed any of my internet settings, it says everything is fine. if i want to use my internet i have to reboot my laptop every 15 minutes. Ive tried different browsers like firefox, chrome, IE at different places under different wifi servers and its still the same; cutting out after 15 for no reason. I had a computer guy come to fix it, and he said I didnt have any viruses. He claimed he fixed the issue, but after he left yesterday, its STILL DOING IT AND I DONT KNOW WHY. I have no idea how to fix it but its pissing me off to the max now!

 

The router that you are connecting to, would be the first thing I would be checking out. If the computer is brand new, and works on other wifi hotspots, then it is not the computer.

Really need more info, such as how you are connecting to the network with your computer, your ISP, make & model of router, make & model of computer.
