   for the past 2 weeks every time we get on the computer and used explorer 11 and before that explorer 9 I think the screen flickers, then freezes then says the program stops and reboots the explorer. My OS is Microsoft 8.1. I have kapersky virus system they have tried to fix it by using there on adware and telling me to reset the explorer but to no avail. Any suggertions?

   What is your PC make and model, if HP, Dell etc the make and model number if a custom build the motherboard make and model as its very likely you need to re-install both chipset and graphics drivers. Outside chance is that Adobe flash drivers need installing or updating to latest version as hangs or slowness in webpages are generally due to flash based content.
