Internet Explorer 6 CRASHES!

hi guys,

i have a problem with my browser internet explorer 6. everytime im on the net my browser gets terminated unexpectedly. the error message says (WindowsExplorer.exe has encountered an error and will now close, we apologise for the inconvenience) i click on the "click here button" (on the message box) and it says that there is a fault in a module:

Faulting application explorer.exe, version 6.0.2900.2180, faulting module mshtmled.dll, version 6.0.2900.2180, fault address 0x00034e47.

please help me to find out whats wrong, its really driving me nuts and i never have a day where the net is trouble free!

here are my system specs:

windows xp professional SP2
2.4ghz cpu
512mb ram 2700
80Gb hard drive
Adsl 2+ internet 24mb/sec
i have a screenshot of my proccesses (located in the attachments)
my anti virus program is called e-trust vet antivirus (with latest updates)
adls/firewall modem
i use spyware doctor 3.8, spybot search and destroy 1.4, spyware killer and no adaware 4 as my spyware programs.

i have scanned for trojans and virsues and found nothing.

please help

Try this to repair IE
Start/Run/regsvr32 urlmon.dll

See if that does it.
