Internet explorer 7 crashing

My system is p4 2.8 Ghz, 1 GB RAM and 80 GB HDD, recently i installed IE7, there is a problem in it whenever i try to save a website to favourites it say IE has generated errors and will be closed and i loose all the imp sites. I like tab browsing i can use mozilla but iam adicted to IE and also my Windows explorer has got the the same problem even it say explorer has generated problem and will be closed when i click on send error report explorer closes making to loose all the important work, plz help me in this regard

 

my os is XP SP2 i have formatted many times but this problem comes back again. I use Nod32 antivirus xoftspy and ad-awere to scan my computer. Its free from all the spy and virus, my antivirus is a liscenced version
