Internet Explorer 7 or 8 Blank Screen

    Every time I open internet explorer for two people they are opening up to a blank screen. I try going to different websites and the screen remains blank. If i use firefox it works fine. Any ideas? Its for version 7 or 8. Version 6 works fine.
