Internet Explorer 7

I keep getting messages to get I E 7. Does anyone know if there are any problems with this one?

no i have ie 7 on board and have had no problems with it.that is when i use it.

 

You don't use it often?

 

i only use ie7 when i go to the microsoft update site and my children use it to check their school emails other than that i use Mozilla Firefox.

 

Okay, I use I E 6 all the time.

 

well ie 7 is afar more secure browser than ie 6 it has anti phishing you require sp2 or higher to us it.i am fairly sure it is part of the sp2 or sp3 download.you should really keep your computer up to date because alot of the software these days requires xp sp2 to be compatible,that is that i am presuming that you using windows xp

 

yeah, I do. I have windows XP

 

No problems here, updated to IE 7 when it became available as an update. It is advised to download it for security reasons.

BTW: I use IE only for security updates. For web browsing it's always been Firefox for about 4 years.

 

there are really no issues with ie7 in fact you can now download ie 8 in beta version but it is not stable for some users they are still sorting through the bugs
