Internet explorer appcrash

IE8 continually says it needs to close, the window appears but explorer never actually closes, here is the text given:

I am running Vista and ran superantispyware just to make sure I don't have a bug.

Any ideas?

Do you run Spybot S&D?
If so, this might fix the urlmon.dll problem

You are using IE8, so try running IE in "safe mode", without any BHO/toolbar/plugins running by doing Start -> Run -> and typing "iexplore.exe -extoff". If the problem goes away you can reset all your installed excess stuff that's causing the problem from the Internet Options control panel. Under the Advanced tab there is a "Reset..." button that will do that.

If this doesn't work, you can try to completely uninstall IE8 from Vista following these instructions. Be sure to have another browser installed before you do this so you can reinstall IE8 from Microsoft's site, here.
