Internet Explorer Corrupt?

    Please help me. I keep getting the message We're sorry but MSN Explorer has experienced an internal errror and will have to restart. I have run Spyware, Antivirus, Adaware, Windows Regist Fix, uninstalled MSN and reinstalled. I can't get windows to update either. I am running Windows 98 SE and have MSN DSL. A tech told me that my Internet Explorer could be corrupt, but couldn't tell me how to fix it. Very frustrated and confused. Thanks.
