Internet Explorer Does Not Create A Browsing History

Hi,

My computer is running Windows 7 Professional SP 1 64 bit.

I use IE 11. It is not creating a browsing history. I made sure the delete browser history is unchecked.

I've tried to icrease the amount of disk space to use in the Tools > Internet Options>>Website Data Settings screen. I can change the setting from 8 to 10. However, even that produces this error:

Please select a value between 8 and 8 for how much disk space temporary internet files may use.

If I go to the Website Data Screen and attempt to change the number of days Internet Explorer
should save the list of websites you have visited, I receive the exact same error.

Has anyone ever experienced this and has resolved this problem ?
