Internet Explorer/Firefox issues

Alright , i finally got to this page, so i apologize if there are any duplicate threads and/or this is in the wrong area xD
First off, im getting good old pop ups, mostly to sites which are affiliates of nexplore.com.
Secondly, my internet explorer and firefox are acting kind of screwy....

When i try to use HTTP links, like the "Agree and install" Button on adobe's flash player download site, it will simply reload the current page, or say that internet explorer cannot display it.
I found this out when i was trying to fix a graphics card issue in a game i play, and for the life of me couldnt get to Riva tuners dowload page to get it.
So i cant even occupy my time playing my favorite game until this is solved
I cant get the dang attachment window to come up, so im copying and pasting my hijackthis logfile.
Im running Windows Vista Home Premium, SP1.
I was TRYING to re download flash player , and some drivers for my graphics card, but i cant get to them, so my comp is out of commision atm, and since i play games competitively, thats not good >_<
