Internet Explorer has stopped working

2nd attempt @ posting this. yesterday I got message that Internet Explorer is not working; or that my last session ended abruptly, but won't connect to homepage or last session. I went to Firefox & it froze after saying Flash player had stopped. couldn't repair Flash but Firefox started working once flash was removed. No such luck with IE.
I'm running Windows Vista 32bit on an E Machine. Iobit ASC 4 PRO &ASC 6 Beta both cleaned all problems but IE still doesn't work. I've tried everything I understood in the previous threads on this problem. I'm going to try to attach my results from READ & RUN. I hope this is where I am supposed to post.
I can't see where these attachments went but Hitman showed Devipand.dll and Malaware:

Thank you Laura for telling me where to post the next time;thankfully when I rebooted today IE worked. I read the how to attach instructions, my problem seemed to be finding the right file to attach. I'd have gotten back to you sooner but I had to turn all the security back on. I was using another computer earlier & flash player kept asking for permission to start in unprotected mode. I think that must have been the source of my infection;I probably gave permission when it kept popping up. Thank you for the assistance. You guys (& Ladies) are doing a great service for us Major Geezers.
