Internet Explorer - having problems !

Hello Gang,

Everytime I try opening up Internet Explorer, it takes several minutes before I am on the internet. When I finally get Internet Explorer to load, I then see a popup prompt error "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

I scanned my PC with MalewareBytes, SpyBot Search & Destroy, Verizon Security Suite and am finding nothing.

Any help is appreciated.

What is your computer hardware looking like? Go to My computer if you're on XP and click "View system information". If you're on Vista go to the start menu, click on computer, then right under the address bad it should give a link saying "view computer properties".

 

Computer Hardware?...under the General Tab ?
