Internet Explorer-Home Page Stuck

can't change New Zealand Google to USA Google on Explorer. WIN Xp

 

I figured it out, I feel foolish, changed the main line to plain Google, went to internet options, chose "use current" then hit apply and erased history. I went to something on us google then closed out and restarted the computer it was ok.
It also may have been because I eliminated hijack retaliator which would come up every time I tried to change it before?? Anyway thanks for listening.
