Internet explorer issue,will not open completely

    Internet explorer will not open all the way,it displays toolbar(s) ex:google,msn,ect.,but nothing else blank page.Sometimes web address is displayed in address bar sometimes not.Wireless access setup:comcast modem on 2nd floor of house with arris wireless gateway and smg usb wireless adapter in basement.Shows usb connected fine w/ full signal strength in basement,but unable to access websites.HELP !!:confused
