Internet Explorer-Missing menu bar

(i.e. files, edit, view history, bookmarks, tools, help)and the bar at the bottom of the screen that contains the clock, browser icons, volume icon, etc.

These bars were all there a few days ago but somehow got deleted while I was trying to fix other problems.

The only think I tried was right clicking in the top of the screen and checking the menu bar option but this did not work.

Could you have accidentally clicked Full Screen ??
If so, put your cursor on the top right corner and the X and restore button will appear, click restore, the middle one.
