Internet Explorer problem

I would surf a web page and I get booted off it after I get a warning advising my to reboot or restart explorer. I have never had this problem, I also noticed my outlook loads extremely slow I have run my spy sweeper, and my norton and found no spyware or viruses, I have cleaned out my temp folders and temp internet files and deleted cookies, and cleared history no help. I have never had this problem with internet explorer can someone help me out here.

Oh I also noticed that my AIM service closes without me even doing anything, what do I have to do to fix these problems its driving me crazy

how do i find out my norton is not picking up anything even after i run live update
