Internet explorer problem

IE always says cannot find server. When i boot up my computer i get this mesage that no tcp/ip is installed but when i go to the network connection and go to properties it say that i have on installed. The weird thing is that i can get on this program called teamspeak and talk to people and i can also play my game online. but any program that uses internet explorer connection just wont work. i have checked my connection settings like a thousand times and thoese have not changed and i have remote admin for this game server and i still can get on that. I want to know if i have a virus on ie and how to fix the problem.

 

i have also tried to do a system restore but that just wont work i have tried that numerous times.

 

have you tried any other browxers? Firefox etc?

also try running iefix its solved unexplainable problems of a similar nature for me on more than one occasion.
