internet explorer problems help!!!

    when i try to open my internet explorer from the desktop i get error message. the instruction at 0x77f5852f refferencd memory at 0x00000065. the memory could not be written. it the aks if i want to debug i choose no then my desktop refreshes.this is happening more and mor frequently
