internet explorer question

    they his a command to access network setting on my machine and i don't remember how...

    It's when you type in command line the ipconfig

    then you type in your borwser the ip you have a anothers page with network settting and name and password.

    But i don't remember i have try a few thing and it does not work, i am sure i just miss a few step...

    I'm not sure what you're really asking. Are you trying to access your router admin panel?

    I don't have a router i saw this only once a friend show but i don't remember the step.....

    I remember he type ipconfig then i think he type my ip on the browser
    and a page appear with settting and stuff....

    Could you ask this friend to refresh your memory on what he/she was showing you? I think we're going to need some clarification here before anyone will be able to help you.
