Internet Explorer Script Error

Everytime I turn on my computer I get a message saying that even though I haven't clicked Internet Explorer. I can show you what it looks like but I can type everything it says...I assume we've all seen it before.

Whether I click yes or no nothing visible happens to my screen (it's my desktop) or atleast nothing I notice. Please help and thank you very much.

 

From the looks of it you have a Dell pc. It appears that Dell has a Java script program that runs on startup. Open a cmd prompt, type msconfig, click startup tab and scrool down through the entries and see if you see something that looks like the URL entry you gave us above.

 

I didnt find anything that looks like it. I found it by searching my desktop though. I am to it. What do i do to it? delete it?
