Internet Explorer seems to use up my RAM to 100%

as topic states...

when i use IE and click on My Computer my RAM CPU jumps up to 100% then goes back down...
what's up with that?
when i look for files on my COmputer, ( not online, offline ) by just surfing though My Computer Icon, it's helllllla slow and load takes about 2 - 3 seconds.. can somebody tell me what's wrong? things in rely

 

when was the last time you scanned for viruses and spyware. ?

 

also, how much ram are you running, and at what speed. there are many factors working here, and a problem in either one could make or break your system's performance.

 

Yesterday ...last scanned

using lots of spyware programs

512 RAM CPU
spped...umm where do you check for that?
well...i have about like...2 - 3 explorer.exe running at the same time sometimes...
