internet explorer v6

    I have deleted ie6 and have tried to reinstall it but i get an error that states
    A previous installation has pending work requiring a reboot. You need to restart your computer to complete that installation before running Internet Explorer setup. Setup will now close.

    I get the same error even after rebooting and i still have not been able to reinstall Internet Ezplorer v6

    are you running windows xp? if so try installing it from the disc in extras when the cd menu comes up
