Internet Explorer

First of all, hello to all. I'm new here. Today IE doesn't seem to be responding. In every page I'm trying to open it does absolutely nothing, like I never entered it. Same with the bookmarks. It reacts like I never hit them. What happened?

 

Hmmm...do other internet functions work, eg. is the problem isolated to IE?
If not, we should start troubleshooting your internet connection.
If you hit windows key + r (or click start --> run), type 'command' (without the quotes) and hit enter (or clicked OK), you should be presented with a command prompt. From there, can you ping your router's IP? Your modems? www.google.com?

I'm assuming alot about your connection type and setup here. Please provide more information when you post back.
