Internet File Sharing and more

I am part of a very small company that has folks in a few different states. I am looking to provide internet file sharing, file management, and a calendar system that is "secure enough" and yet not overpriced. We are not of the size that can afford much at this point. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thank you.
