Internet has slooooooooooooowed doooooooooooooooown...

Over the past few days my internet connection, mainly the downloading, has been slowing right down to a measly 5kb/s.

Some trusted sites like Microsoft have achieved 56kb/s on a download while some have gone down to a rediculously low 5kb/s.

It is normally meant to be at least 125 - 135kb/s.

I've had Avast scan for me and found all sorts of crap such as Adware, Trojan's and Spyware but all of that has been deleted now.

So what is causing these "stupidly" slow downs? :cry

 

Could be your ISP is capping you

 

It's OK now I just re-installed Windows and it's back up to speed.

Could've been that internet connection optimizer I used. :confused
