Internet Help - Acer aspire 7720Z

    Acer Aspire 7720Z laptop won't load webpages. The Acer eNet Manager tells me in task bar "Signal Strength: Excellent". However the LAN and WLAN won't connect. Linked the laptop to modem via ethernet cable and still didn't work. Second laptop connects perfectly and contacted BT and they suggested it was a software problem.

    Any help guys?
