Internet issues

I just uninstalled Zone Alarm, and i think i got a virus from downloading some file... i only get the internet for about 5-10 min when i first start up my computer, and i cant reinstall Zone Alarm... i was looking around for Zone Alarm files, and i cant delete the set in c:\windows\system32\zonelabs\ i even tried that pocket killbox... any info on how i can get my internet back and save my computer? ALso is there a good free registry fixer around? thanks ahead of time...

 

Also, i can run AIM all i want without problems, but my internet cuts out... strange huh?
