I'm afraid you are going to have go into a little more elaborate details!!

What operating system are you using?

Any messages or errors from windows pop up when you are having this problem?

By subtitles, are you refering to the shrunk down windows in the toolbar accross the bottom of the screen??

    etc.

    etc.

Like I said...i'm afraid it is going to require more info to troubleshoot this!!

    Roger,

    Window 2000 Professional system.

no msg. errors.. I can not open a sub title on screen. If I click on the tab it does not highlight or pull the next window open/up.

This is not the shrunk down windows in the toolbar.

The only thing I have added to the systems is Counterspy and Microsoft Antispy.

Thanks for getting back to me.. Brock

    Hey Brock,

Are you talking about "links" that you click on? Something you click on in Internet Explorer that is supposed to open another window.

While I am in our banks website (business) after signing on the the site. You click tabs to direct you to the different reports.. If I click balance, transactions, etc.. At present nothing happens when I click the tabs..
    Tks. Brock

I think it is something with the pop ups, because if I try to add/delete software the file comes up, but it does not have any data on the screen..

Do you have the google or yahoo toolbar installed on your browser?? If you don't know what that is...it is another row of buttons just along the bottom side of the regular IE buttons panel located at the top of the screen, when you are in your browser ofcourse!! Usually at the far left of this toolbar, you will see a big Y for the yahoo version, and for the google version...there is "GOOGLE" somewhere on this added toolbar. There is also a white box approx. 2 inches long for typing in your search words, just like you would do at the google site. If you do have one of these...one of those buttons will be for your pop-up controls, if you click on the button for pop-up controls, it will pop down a menu and you check to see if your pop-up blocker is enabled (blocking) or disabled (allow pop-ups)! and of course when you click on that it will toggle it to the opposite of the current setting!!

Another possibility...If you have a good Anti Virus and firewall program installed...Like Norton, they will install a security controls button on your browsers control panel, which works the same way as I described above!! I know on my Norton internet Security 2004, the button on my browser looks like a globe, which is the logo for the Norton Firewall!! So if you don't have norton...I would guess this button would probably look similar to one of the logo's that the company uses for it's labeling of it's products!!

To make a long story short...It sounds just like if you were to have your pop-up blocker on!! Most companies websites (like your bank) usually have a notice somewhere on the webpage stating that you need to have you pop-ups disabled in order for the site to function properly!! That is, ofcourse, if they use that form of website setup!! Not all do...but I have seen it, so I know some do!!

Sorry for my tendency to ramble!! If there is something you don't understand, let me know and I will try to clear it up!!
