Internet problem with search engine links

Whenever I go to a search engine and click on the links that it provides with my search I am brought to diffferent sites that have nothing to do with the link I clicked on. I already ran a anti-malware scan on my computer and it didnt find anything. Please help me solve this problem?

Once there go to the (sticky at the top of the page) that says" READ & RUN ME FIRST Malware removal guide.

Go through the steps carefully and exactly, also at the bottom of that is a final thing for each system for computers, follow those guides and when done post your logs when your post in Malware Section.

It will also tell you how to post your logs as well.
