Internet problems

Ok Hello everyone Im new at this site-so real quick hi-
Now to my problem(probably something really dumb)

Someone used my computer and got some Vundo trojan horse on there.:cry
Well it was removed i used that Vundofix. its now gone.
But right around that same time. My internet went on the fritz too. It would now load explorer at all.
Well i had to use another computer and brought home firefox and installed it on. Well it is kinda working but is also dragging on loading up anything.
And explorer won't load at all-saying network trouble.
What am i missing on here?????rolleyes
