Internet Redirect Problems

Is anyone else having a problem with an internet redirect to King Abdulaziz City for Science & Technology (KACST)? I cant seem to figure it out.

No I could not get to the link this is what the screen said.
A communication error occurred: "Operation timed out"

I got there, so maybe it is a server between you and them that isn't between me and them. Hmm, does that make sense?confused
