Internet scrolling delay

Also, since Ive installed the 2nd OS on my comp my internet has been acting funny. The pages load fine and at normal speed but when browsing a site and i scroll down a page, the page seems to stick. After I click down, it takes a second to follow. Like a delay somewhat. Do you know what may be causing this?

 

Graphics drivers properly installed/up to date?

 

should be up to date. installed properly im not sure. I do know it does this in firefox, IE, and AOL. I recently added this second Windows XP Pro to my comp. Its on the same partition as the old non-working malware infected one. Could this have anything to do with the problems ive been observing?

 

mcadam nailed it. Reinstall your video drivers, and motherboard drivers.
