Internet won't even open in normal mode.

    okay here is the problem none of my internet links will even open up in normal mode and i do online schooling and i am at risk of failing out of my classes. I have scanned and eliminated many malware and spyware viruses but it still doesn't work. i heard that i might have to format my hard drive but i have all of my notes from class on my c drive and i don't have anything to put them on. i need help A.S.A.P.

    well when i am in normal mode if i click mozilla firefox it looks like it is loading but it doesn't open at all. im not very good with computers. and it is really pissing me off. i need some help
