Internet works only in Safemode with networking

    So at this point i am not sure what to do next. I have CCcleaner, adware, webroot (with antivirus) and still i have the same problem. My internet only works in Safemode, now i know i might be doing something wrong here.

    I have tried all of the basic steps of trying to reconfigure the connection.
    I know this is a big topic but i am just stuck at this point and of course frustrated. Any suggestions would be very helpful.

    Try stopping the IPSEC Services. Start...Run...msconfig...Services. If I remember correctly you need a reboot.

    i am rebooting my pc now, i also have the winsock program but it dosent work properly cause i just realized its an xp version n i am trying to use it on vista another program i tried using was the lspfix but that one gives me a message of hkey_local_machines\system\currentcontrolset\services\winsock2\parmet is missing or could not be accessed it tells me to reinstall it, could that be the issue?

    Would doing a system restore help resolve this issue? or would it continue? to be honest i never done a system restore (i know how to)but i never before done it (never had a real reason till now)
