That's a good read Major Attitude.
The only thing you need is a bigger horn to toot because you both have done a heck of a job with this site.

    Sweet, Tim.
Are you looking for a Limo driver? I'd be willing to volunteer ...and keep the MG's Logo girl company while you are at media interviews.:) :)

A free, spyware free, driver section is an awsome idea :) not long ago I had a neighbour want me to get him a driver for a HP deskjet printer due to him not having a broadband connection, the only way HP would let me download the driver was if the printer was physically connected to my computer while online, which is a joke, why would anyone want a driver for a printer they dont own

We dragged printer over to my house, tried to download the driver which then installed the HP 'download a driver for you automatically software crap' which required a restart  once restarted I had to navigate back to the HP site and download the right driver, which came in the form of a temp file that automatically deleted the file if your didnt use it PRONTO!,I got it downloaded on the second attempt then removed the HP download helper software

To say the least it left me looking like a bit of an idiot as a five minute job turned into over an hour

Yeah, an interesting read, Tim. I remember the old T.F. days, even though I rarely posted in those days. Then the sale of the site, the horrific events of 9/11 and the birth of M.G's, and others. Funny thing is, it doesn't seem that long ago. Or maybe time's just seems to be going faster in my 'old age', beh.

Good to see M.G., and the folks that make it tick getting a lot more recognition from established companies and groups nowadays. Not a lot of places where you can go where you get free advice that’s reliable, and free d/l’s, as well as meeting a lot of good people.:)

Wow didn't know it would generate such a huge reaction from everyone. Thanks Tim and thanks for everyone that has complimented the interview, although it was mostly Tim with those long paragraph answers ;). Hopefully this interview will show how awesome Majorgeeks is.

Guys, if you want here is a link to the digg.com article that I submitted about the interview, if you have a chance, digg it and we'll drive more traffic to the site, and they will see the interview and learn about Majorgeeks.

I didn't have one, I was pretty much just a lurker. I never really had the time to post. But over the years I learned a lot about stuff just by reading over the questions and answers posted. forums ftw!
