Intsalling XP And XP Pro does not work

    I need some help. Why when I install Windows XP, or Windows XP Pro. On different hard drives the installation stop at the 34 minute downloading time and give a blue screen say I have to dump my memory. I have install on different drives and both XP and XP pro if some could give me an idea what I may do to stop this problem I sure would be happier person. Thanks for being out there and helping :

    Where you say different hard drives, is this different PCs or same PC but with a different hard drive installed? ( helps to know to narrow cause down )


    What is the full STOP error message? ( exact error message may help in narrowing the cause down quickly )

    Are your XP CDs clean and free from scratches?

    Have you unplugged all your external hardware devices apart from keyboard, mouse and monitor as something like a webcam or other USB device "could" cause the installer to crash.
